A full bond refund refunds the entire bond amount because the tenancy has ended. A rent reduction refunds part of the total existing bond amount held by the RTA because the weekly rent for the property is being reduced during the tenancy. As such, this reduces the total bond held by the RTA. This is called making a claim on the bond. This form should be completed when the tenancy agreement has ended.
