What happens if your gas meter is inaccessible? How do you check gas meter? What is the clearance for a gas meter? How to read a digital gas meter? An inaccessible meter is an inconvenience for readings, and may be a safety issue in an emergency when you have to shut the gas off quickly.

To find an inaccessible meter problem, you have to look for the meter in the first place.

Remember that the meter may either be indoors or outside. This may be followed by additional communication about your meter. If the meter continues to be inaccessible , this can lead to disconnection of your gas or electric service.
