Rabies is present in bats in Singapore. However, it is not a major risk to most travelers. CDC recommends rabies vaccine for only these groups: Travelers involved in outdoor and other activities in remote areas that put them at risk for bat bites (such as adventure travel and caving).

If the country you visit requires a yellow fever vaccine, only a limited number of clinics have the vaccine and will probably be some distance from where you live.
You must get it at least days before travel. TB you should have had already. Yellow Fever only if going to a country at risk, South America etc, do not need it for SEA.
