Hi I have just ordered a new mobile plan via Telstra app. Then I realized my address hasnt been upda. Alternatively, you can do exactly the same thing online via 24xChat if you prefer. There is currently no way to change your residential address without either placing a move request for fixed services (which you may not have, of course) or speaking with a consultant.
