Specsavers has collected 3reviews with an average score of 2. This is the first time I have bought new glasses and not had a period of readjustment. I have some complex issues with my eyes, every member of staff I encountered were polite easy to deal with and helpful. Just be honest for god sake!
Making alot of money out of people needs is an awful thing to do. I’m really pleased with my lovely new glasses. Cool round frames, varifocal and for a very good price, (£160). Excellent service in Oban The service given in the Oban branch was excellent and the quality of the spectacles are also excellent quality. My mother is years ol she has a limited mobility, as she is very fragile, we use a wheelchair.
It was amazing working at Spec-savers. They had the most friendliest staff, that were always willing to assist me whenever I got stuck with helping a patient. I knew nothing about spectacles but the optometrist took the time to teach me. Was this review helpful?
I was given the wrong prescription, bought months supply of contact lenses then being told I could not return them, then told my prescription would be find in glasses for mono lenses. Great glasses, decent price, fairly slow service. The glasses are excellent and the optometrist who did my eye test was excellent, too.
Navigation on website is user-friendly. In spite of Covi no fuss, safe, professional, highly personable in both the test, and advice on frame selection. Their appreciation of my sight demands to my work and lifestyle, balanced extremely well, and fitting, a breeze.
I highly recommend them. Real reviews by real company employee past and present here on seek. They had lots of sensible measures in place, there was a really warm welcome on arrival, a thorough eye test with James (missing out the “air puff” bit but with extra photos in its place) and then a helpful session choosing the frames with Sam. They took time to explain to the children what they were doing and even listened to my youngest rambling on about superheroes.
I was very impressed by my visit to specsavers during this Covid period. The staff took every care and precaution to keep me and themselves safe whilst providing excellent service during my eyetest and choosing a new frame. Thank you I am very pleased with the new pair that resulted. This is, simply, a business that never reaches its destination.
