Effective immediately the Premier of Tasmania has directed Spirit of Tasmania to prioritise its bookings for returning Tasmanian residents, freight and those travellers who have met the Essential Traveller criteria and are able to travel to Tasmania All non-essential travellers, including Tasmanians, who arrive in Tasmania will be required to self-isolate for days. Non-Tasmanian travellers, who are not essential travellers, will need to have their exemption approved by DPIPWE prior to making any booking. Applications can be made on the DPIPWE website.
