The JP Service can assist customers with obtaining their Births, Deaths and Marriages certificates. Find them located on Level 1. Signing Centres are established at the following locations on the Gold Coast. Harbour Town – Biggera Waters.
Cnr Gold Coast Highway and Oxley Drive. This course is NOT available in other states. Located adjacent to Centre Management office. Statutory Declarations.
Customers are served on a first-in basis.
Witness the signing of Power of Attorney and Guardianship documents (Providing the JP is satisfied with the capability of the signatory) This service is available Monday – Saturday only. To ensure the safety and health of volunteers and the public, the JP service will only operate: Tuesdays from 10am – 2pm. Thursdays from 10am – 2pm. Social distancing measures will be in place and hand sanitiser will be available at the door. One client in the room at one time.
Fridays from 12pm – 4pm. Our JP Service is open, the following conditions apply: Two JPs on duty to witness documents. Family members must wait outside. Please bring your own black pen along with your documents for signing. Our friendly and helpful volunteer JPs are in centre every Tuesday from 10am – 2pm.
