You have to make it appear to be real that you had a serious toothache that made you to seek emergency medical attention hence missing work. Invite your favorite co-workers, or just bring a book. If possible, try to find a place with outdoor seating. I have a sick note covering me from today til the 8th and wanted to know does this mean I return to work on the 8th or the day after.
Going to the extreme of dieting in January might cause you to go back to old eating habits sooner. If you want a long time break from work you can fake a pregnancy. You can re-join work after some time by using our miscarriage discharge papers.
Just make sure to use genuine looking papers to support your excuse. Whilst it’s encouraging to hear that some companies are offering advice and information to employees to prevent work -related back and neck pain, there is clearly a long way to go.
