For prospective students to be admitted to either program, they must have earned a bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution with a minimum grade point average of 3. Students must also submit a copy of a government-issued photo identification.

Students have one year from the date of admission to start their coursework. Beginning with the first academic term of course participation, students have years to meet all degree requirements for graduation. Once students have been admitte begin registering and attending classes, they must take at least one class in at least three of the four quarters each academic year, except as provided below. Students may take one quarter off, without class registration, per year, by notifying his or her Advisor.
If a student desires or finds it necessary to take a second quarter off in a given academic year, the student must discuss the situation with the student’s advisor and the request must be approved.
