Obtaining an Emergency Passport. In certain circumstances, we can issue an emergency passport if you need to travel urgently and your existing passport has been stolen, damaged or lost. Glasses may be allowed in rare circumstances where glasses cannot be removed for medical reasons (e.g. the applicant has severe light sensitivity or recently had eye surgery and glasses are necessary to protect their eyes).
