If the company wants to dismiss the employee during the probationary period , the employer will send a probation termination letter to the new employee to inform him or her that the employment has ended. Although it serves the purpose of the traditional resignation letter, there are some additional details that are to be mentioned in this letter.

There are some terms and conditions which were agreed upon by the employee and the company before the start of probation period. The employee should state all those terms in the letter. However, the amount of notice you have to give is also dependant on the award you’re classified under.

Similarly, it also comes under the industry that you work in. As mentioned earlier, this is the kind of letter that employers have to hand out to new recruits during their probationary period in the event that their employee assessment shows that they haven’t exactly been meeting expectations. I decided to try and use the new responsive form designer to create a form in SharePoint Online. I added a list lookup control name SystemLL to the form t.
