One or more of my exhibits is longer than pages. I am providing a summary of those exhibits as a separate chart, list, spreadsheet or calculation. When you are referring to an exhibit , you must attach a copy of the exhibit to your affidavit. If the exhibit is mentioned in the affidavit , but not attached to it, then the judge will likely ignore it.

What is an affidavit and exhibit? When exhibits (or any documents) are mentioned in the witness statement the reference to these documents must be put in the margin or in bold text. References to the exhibit should be typed in bold.

If your exhibit has multiple pages, number the pages. Once you have completed the affidavit you need to have it signed and witnessed (certified) by a justice of the peace (JP), commissioner of declarations, or a solicitor before you lodge. Add references that support the document. To certify your statement in the affidavit , you may also add supporting documents which are called “ exhibits.

Make a sentence swearing that the affidavit is a complete representation of the fact. To close, you must make a statement that the affidavit is a complete representation of the facts. If attache the affidavit exhibit is signed by the same person and dated the same date.

In order to not be recorded as being married to two different people each living in a different county you simply avoid recording it in your home country. Thereafter, the party receiving the offer must accept the offer in its original state without modifying it in any way. Once the offer and acceptance have been met, the parties must offer some sort of consideration to one another.
